Light for the mind — quiet browser tools and original jazz, made in Japan.
A tiny studio for a sharper, calmer everyday.
The Music · Thinking Cats
Jazz for quiet, thinking hours — for your coffee, your notebook, or the end of a long day. Watch on YouTube now; full streaming release August 1.
The Notebooks
Small browser apps — no install, no account. All free to play; if one brightens your day, a small tip is always welcome.
3-minute daily brain training. Test, track, and sharpen your mind.
Record every cup — beans, brew, and mood — like your own café journal.
Keep tasting notes for sake and drinks, one quiet evening at a time.
A little diary for desserts and small joys worth remembering.
Draw a card, spark a conversation. Warm-ups for any table.
Observe, note, and delight in the creatures you meet.
Every notebook is free to use in your browser — little companions, on us. SAE Techo (the brain game) is on itch.io: free to play, with an optional tip if you enjoy it. A small studio, made with care in Japan.
The Idea
“A lamp doesn’t shout. It just makes the next small step visible.”
Everything here grows from one idea — Eichi no Tomoshibi (叡智の灯火), “the lamp of wisdom”: gentle tools and music that make daily life a little clearer, a little calmer.
Members
Beyond the free notebooks lies the full lamp — the members’ area of Eichi no Tomoshibi (叡智の灯火) and Kenjin Kaigi, dialogues with the great minds of history. One key opens them all.
